A clean mouth is an important part of your
pet’s overall health. Your pet's teeth should
be checked routinely once a year, but in
senior pets or pets prone to periodontal
disease, twice yearly is preferable. If your
pet has difficulty eating, bad breath, or a
swollen mouth, then a dental check-up
should be scheduled as soon as possible.
We perform anesthetic teeth cleanings as
we believe this is the ONLY way to
thoroughly examine your pet's mouth,
clean below the gum-line, and prevent
periodontal disease. We take all the
precautions to make this procedure as safe
and as comfortable as possible.
